Take charge of your birth experience and ensure having a calm presence and encouraging support throughout your pregnancy and birth with my doula care. These packages are specifically curated for you to prepare for your birth, where I’ll help to create a supportive space so that you can feel safe, informed, and fully in control at each step.
Mommy-Daddy Prep Package$400
A build-your-birth-tool-box preparation for momma and 1 birth support person. Personalized direction to have a great birth. Includes 2 prenatal visits and small bag of birth tools (does NOT include doula presence at birth)
Goddess Birth and Cocooned postpartum Bundle$2250
A dreamy bundle of support through pregnancy, birth and postpartum with carefully chosen gifts, hands on birth support, and sisterly care for mom and baby through the newborn trenches and postpartum journey.

SERVICE 2THE COCOONING POSTPARTUM PACKAGES
The postpartum period is a time that is often overlooked in western society, but other parts of the world know this time to be of utmost importance and need of tender care. Each mother will have the joys of their new little bundle, the immensity of caring for a new human, adjusting to their body, and the numerous changes in their daily life and identity as a mother. My role is to support you by offering practical support, emotional nurturing, and space to rest and integrate. Here to prepare an herbal postpartum bath or foot soak, help make nourishing meals, listen to your birth story and the hardships and triumphs since, or simply hold baby while you shower or take a nap.
Goddess Postpartum Package$350
2 hours of in-home support (2 visits within the first 4 months) to help ease the postpartum transition at any time of day or night. It’s a little extra support to enable rest, self care, and nourishment. A sisterly care for that tender beginning so you can soak in all the best moments, and get a solid start on a supported path for a great postpartum.
Cocooned Pospartum Package$1250
6 hours of cocooning postpartum care (3-6 visits within the first 6 months) with holistic gift basket for mom and baby. With a focus on in home assistance to help ease the demands on mom through enabling rest, nutrition, and encircle her with the kindness and warmth she deserves. Includes a massage or chiropractic adjustment at local clinic.
Ethereal Postpartum Package$2500
10 hours of in home support (5-10 visits within the first 8 months) for an ethereal postpartum experience. Focusing on your needs to rest and be nourished in both body and spirit. Intentional postpartum support as you find your new rhythm. Comes with 2 massages at local practice/ 2 chiropractic adjustments or one of each,

Do you support all birth settings?I support births in all settings including home, hospitals and birth centers and have experience supporting births which used differing levels of medications.
WHAT IF I’M NOT SURE WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT I NEED?That’s okay! We’ll explore your needs together during your free consultation call. Every mom and birth is different, even during labor it usually changes throughout the different stages.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK A DOULA?Many clients book during the second trimester to ensure availability and allow time to learn information and prepare with the doula for their birth. But it almost is never too late!
