Dear Beautiful Momma,

I am a mom who found the beauty in birth after having my first baby and has fallen in love with helping women love their own birth(s). It took a few years of contemplating getting a job to help support my little family after the birth of my first before really looking into being a doula. Every single other job I found felt wrong. But, whenever I thought about being a doula, I would get so excited and feel so much pull towards it and the mothers- like you, who I could support in their sacred chapter into motherhood. I am so, so glad I went for it. Since I became a Certified Doula, I know even more, this is where I want to be.

I found the sacredness and undeniable power in birth through the experience of having my first baby. I felt so empowered and proud afterwards that my husband and I would high-five every time we thought of her birth. We ended up high-fiving about it until she was well over a year old because we were both so proud of me! I truly want every momma to get those high-fives.

As your doula, I hope to feel like a best friend you didn’t realize you needed for this chapter in your life; that I bring a unique value to you and your family. I aim to help you have the resources, knowledge, and confidence to enable you to truly choose the birth you want- because your DREAM birth isn’t out of reach! You have everything in you to build your baby, you have everything in you to birth your baby. You are built to birth!
